In the design phase, the space’s specific functional requirements were assessed, which revealed an average reverberation time (RT) of 3.60 seconds in the unoccupied room, a value too high to ensure clear speech intelligibility.

The simulation using Caruso Acoustic products showed that installing 32 Silente sound-absorbing panels (16 elements of 240x120x5 cm suspended 30 cm from the ceiling and 16 elements of the same size mounted on the wall) resulted in an effective reduction in reverberation time from 3.60 s to 1.20 s.
