Workinvoice Srl – an Italian factoring company – has chosen Caruso Acoustic sound-absorbing panels for their headquarters’ offices in Milan.
The project, which has foreseen the installation of three different acoustic solutions, has focused on interventions aimed at ensuring a good acoustic comfort into the work environment.
Housed into an elegant early nineteenth century palace, the offices have many bright rooms with oak floor in a herringbone pattern and refined mouldings on walls and ceiling.
The entrance is composed of a big reception and a waiting room, which opens onto a workspace with many desks. Two D-Space floor-standing partition walls have been installed to separate the two areas and to ensure the proper level of privacy and comfort both in customers’ reception and in daily work activities. An excellent accessory from a functional point of view, D-Space looks like a kind of sound-absorbing wall, which allows organising workspaces according to the acoustic needs of the environment.
Into the workspaces, the offices and the meeting room, the arrangement of the sound-absorbing elements has been specially designed to provide the maximum liveability of the workstations.
Silente acoustic panels have been hung up to the rooms’ perimeter walls, while Scriba panels, in the version with stainless steel base, have been installed on the desks. Scriba panel is ideal for optimising the acoustic conditions of working environments with many desks or tables that need to be separated, thus fulfilling the acoustic needs of shared work activities or of private situations requiring more privacy.
The brightness of the interiors has inspired the choice of neutral colours for the cover fabrics and therefore allow Caruso Acoustic panels to fit into the environment with elegance and to create a harmonic visual effect.
